Webinar: Issues in Online Surveying

This presentation discusses some of the issues that differentiate web-based surveying form other forms and goes on to discuss some of the issue involved in developing high quality surveys and interpreting them appropriately.  It is largely based on Prof Borland’s more than 30 years of developing surveys and interpreting the data.
